At Resurrection, we strive to provide a sanctuary for prayerful worship within a respectful and welcoming environment and to meet the spiritual needs of our congregation and community, using Christian ideas and values.
We know we aren't perfect, but we are loved by God anyway. We reach out to our community in important ways; we have a busy weekly food pantry, we have a wiener roast every Wednesday for school kids. We regularly donate items and provide financial support for those who are less fortunate, from local initiatives for kids in Green Bay to those around the globe.
Marked with the cross of Christ forever, we are claimed, gathered and sent for the sake of the world. This is the mission statement of the ELCA. As members of the ELCA, we believe that we are freed in Christ to serve and love our neighbors. With our hands, we do God's work of restoring and reconciling communities in Jesus' name throughout our world.
